Well, what an absolute HIT the VIP School Bus was for my son’s wedding !! All who rode on the buses cannot stop talking about how much fun they were. They are already talking about using them for the next wedding and bachelor party too – and of course my son says that he wishes he and his wife would have rode in them to the reception but you know I probably could not have convinced them of that prior to their wedding day. Reginald came to my house to pick up the groomsmen and he was just wonderful – my son could not stop raving about how wonderful Reginald was. When the bus was coming down the street one of the groomsmen stated, “look, here comes our ride” just joking of course because VIP was a secret to everyone — well you should have seen the look on his face when the school bus stopped in front of the house! Then listening to their reaction while boarding the bus was just hilarious !!
I just cannot thank you enough for making everything so wonderful !! Please forward the praises on to everyone at VIP School Bus !!! Definitely one of the most favorite things my son enjoyed for his wedding !!

2/14/2010 3 photos Awesome, I’m writing the first review on Yelp! Let me start by saying that VIP School Bus is fantastic !!!!!!!!! Their slogan is “luxury meets fun” and they live up to it. I found them randomly by doing a Google search for limousines in NOLA and I’m glad I did. We needed a way to transport our group of 16 to downtown and most companies were too expensive and they never returned calls. The VIP Bus was affordable and they had the right attitude. They have a friendly sales staff and their owner even calls you before the event. In these days of crappy customer service by most companies, it was great to actually have professional and positive customer service to make you feel good about their product.
We rented the bus for our engagement reception and it was a blast. They arrived on time, and we were all given the VIP treatment. I’ve never been so excited too see a limo/party bus. All of my guests loved it and it set the mood for a fun evening. There were some guests that weren’t in the party mood, but they loved the luxury side to the bus. The bus is perfect for 16 adults; it even has a dance pole in the middle. When you think school bus, you usually think ugly and yellow. Well, this was bright yellow with a great exterior and interior. It was perfectly decorated inside (they have pictures on their website) and they even made us a sign for our party. On top of all that, we got a bottle of champagne to kick off the ride.
How many times have you rented a limo or bus and remembered the driver…well we did. Reginald was great! He played great music, took pictures (not while driving), turned on the fog machine, and let us have fun. I knew there was a lot of traffic going in New Orleans that night, but none us paid attention. Reginald got us there safely and with no hassle. When we were dropped off, everyone got a goodie bag with a shirt, coolie, and a bag – awesome.
I’m not sure what else you can ask for in a limo/party bus. I’ve had limos in LA, Vegas, and NY, but this was the most memorable. I will definitely rent it again for another event or get together in New Orleans. Try it; it’s worth every penny.

3/16/2010 My friends and I took the ViP SCHOOL BUS out this past weekend for St. Patty’s Day in NOLA. Not only was the customer service outstanding while we set up our pick up, but the driver was considerate with all the guest. We enjoyed the bus for several hours all throughout the city. I highly recommend this bus for any event. Their concern for their guest was far beyond anything that I have seen.
Check it!! You wont regret a single minute of your experience.

2/18/2010 Cool bus, cool service, and way too much fun. They just posted our pictures on their Facebook page. If you think the pictures look fun, wait till you’re on the bus. I want the vip bus as my everyday ride, that would make my day. I wish they had this type us bus in Los Angeles, it would be the talk of the town.

2/18/2010 I was on the bus with the previous reviewer and it was cool, very cool. It looked brand new, stylish, and it was different than any other limo I’ve been on. We all had fun. When we exited the bus, we all had a smile on our face. I’ve been in NOLA a long time and I have never seen a limo like this. I can’t believe they gave us shirts, a beer coozie, and a bag. The shirt makes me smile when I wear it.
And yes, the driver was great. We even chanted Reggie, Reggie, just because it was fun. The stripper pole and fog machine were great inside. We had a fun group in the bus so we really enjoyed the ride.
If you like to have fun or want the same luxuries as a traditional limo, but a more memorable experience, get the vip bus. I haven’t been on a school bus in a long time, but I would definitely go to school on this bus again (cheesy I know).
